Swing By activities are aimed at adults over 18 years old.
Code of conduct
Anyone taking part in Swing By activities must keep a respectful attitude towards students, dancers, teachers and organisers.
Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
Swing By reserve the right to ask any person who displays inappropriate behaviour to leave our events.
We also reserve the right to turn down registrations or refuse entry to our events at any time.
Anyone attending our events agrees that they can be photographed or filmed by our staff, and that these photographs and video footage can be used for Swing By promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be the subject of any photographs/videos, please contact us and we will ensure that you are not recorded as the subject.
When you register in our courses, we collect your name and contact details to be used only for communications about Swing By activities. If you do not wish to be contacted about new Swing By activities, please let us know.
Dancing is an aerobic activity and participation is at your own risk. Swing By cannot accept responsibility for any claim, loss or damage which may occur from your participation at our activities.
Courses - Registrations, cancelations, levels, changes and filming.
We reserve the right to move students between levels if we think it’s what’s best for their dancing.
Once a course is paid we don't do refunds, but you can give up your place to another student with the same role and level as you. Please note that to give up your place to another person you need to find that person and contact us. This can only be done with Swing By permission and you can only do it before the 3rd week of the course. Full refound is guaranteed in case of cancellation of the course.
We reserve the right to change the teachers of our courses if needed.
Filming/Recording of classes is not permitted without prior agreement of the teachers concerned.
